Who among us doesn’t like to feel a sense of pure relaxation?

You live your life at 100 miles an hour and opportunities for pure, undisturbed relaxation without kids demanding dinner or your phone constantly beeping are at a premium.

Some people soak in the bath, some put on classical music and some go for regular massages. At Behavioural Freedom, I know that there are a lot of people who don’t like the tactile, ‘laying of hands’ element of the massage table but crave the sensation of being in a deeply relaxed state.

When I talk about ‘Relaxation through Hypnosis’, I don’t mean swinging a pocket watch in front of your face and telling you to go to sleep. I mean talking to you in such a way that your state of consciousness alters to become more focused with a heightened state of awareness where you will have the ability to both calm and free your mind and feel physically relaxed.

Perhaps without realising it, we all self-hypnotise. When you are daydreaming, engrossed in a book or TV show or when your mind is completely focused on the task at hand. Relaxation is a similar process.

I will take you on a journey where you are the driver. There’s no initial consultation and I don’t need or want to know your medical history because I’m not looking to resolve underlying issues or stress or anxiety. This is purely about refreshment of the body and mind.
